A baby girl tragically dies after a coconut falls on her head

 An 11month old girl lost her life  after a coconut fell on her head in Deltota,Galahad,Sri Lanka in June 2024.

       The incident had occurred as the girl's father was returning back home from a neighboring home with his child.A dried coconut from a coconut tree in front of their house had fallen and hit the child on the head.

        The father had rushed the injured girl to the hospital and due to the seriousness of her condition,later the child had succumbed to her injuries.

        Investigations conducted by the police have revealed that coconut trees near the area where the family resides has coconuts that were not being harvested and were falling to the ground in an unsafe manner.

A young girl tragically dies when a ceiling fan falls on her

 A five-year-old Samiksha Chavan was killed in May 2015 in Bhayander,a suburb of Mumbai when a ceiling fan collapsed on her while sleeping.

           Samiksha Chavan,a resident of Virar,has come to visit her ailing uncle Sunil Devras.

             She was fast asleep when the ceiling of the bedroom collapsed.The fan which was in full speed also came crashing down.She was taken to the hospital but declared dead before admission.Her mother and sister had woken up minutes before the ceiling collapsed
