A popular snack in parts of India

 In a famous Indian snack,colocasia leaves are smeared with a spiced gram flour paste,rolled and steamed and sliced into rounds before shallow frying.This is known as "Patra" in Gujarat and "Alu Vadi" in Maharashtra.
