Delicious Arugula salad

Arugula tastes even better than lettuce to me.Arugula is vastly underestimated compared to lettuce.I recently made a delicious arugula salad that rivaled the salads that they serve in high-end restaurants.
For a delicious arugula salad, mix chunks of cherry tomatoes, fresh garlic cloves, arugula leaves and bits of  green jalapeno peppers.Add some salt to the salad.Sprinkle some white vinegar on the mix and add two spoons of extra virgin olive oil to the salad.Let the salad sit on the plate for 5 to 10 minutes and let the arugula soak up the taste of garlic.
Roquette is the French word for arugula.
