 If the earth lost oxygen for 5 secondsthen every building made of concrete would turn into dust or rubble.

Concrete structures that include bridges and dams would turn into rubble too in the absence of oxygen.Since oxygen is part of carbon dioxide,an important binder of concrete,without it  the concrete would lose its rigidity and become dust.
