An extraordinary lexicographer and novelist died prematurely from brain tumor
The late Stephen Glazier (1947-1992) was a novelist,teacher, journalist, editor,copywriter,screenwriter and dedicated amateur lexicographer.
He sadly died very prematurely at age 44 from a malignant brain tumor that was discovered too late.
Stephen Glazier published a wonderful book called Random House Word Menu in 1992.It is a specialised dictionary where words are arranged by category.It is a gem of a reference book.
