The dangers in consuming ultra-processed foods

 Ultra-processed foods are convenient and tasty;they have been linked to high blood pressure and heart disease.

       Ultra -processed foods contain a lot of sugar,salt and fat.

        Ultra-processed foods are also linked to obesity.Eating a lot of ultra-processed foods increases the risk of developing colorectal cancer.

       However ultra-processed foods are hard to avoid sometimes because they are convenient.
