 House plants can make a house feel like a home;they can also make a small space seem bigger.Going green indoors can also make you healthier and happier.Watching a plant grow can be really beneficial;bringing nature indoors can give a big boost to your mental health.Numerous studies over the years have shown that seeing plants can reduce stress and improve focus.Research has shown that touching and smelling plants can affect our mood in a positive way.
