A hippopotamus killed those engaged in illegal fishing

 On January 2,2026,four men were killed in a hippopotamus attack at Lake Naivasha,Kenya,while illegally fishing at night.Ten others escaped,and authorities warned the public to avoid night time fishing because of the extreme danger posed by hippos.
