This famous singer very sadly died of prostate cancer

 Singer-songwriter Dan Fogelberg very sadly  died on December 16,2007 at his home in Deer Isle,Maine at the young age of 56 after a battle with prostate cancer.He had been diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer three years prior.

               I loved Dan Fogelberg and his songs,especially the song 'LONGER' from 1980 and his 1985 hit song 'The Leader of the Band.'
