The urination of vultures

 Vultures urinate on their feet as a cooling mechanism,a behavior known as urohidrosis.As the urine evaporates,it helps lower their body temperature in hot environments.The behavior may also have an antimicrobial effect,helping to keep their feet clean after standing on carrion.
