Henry Kissinger died after becoming a centenarian.

 On November 29,2023,former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger died at the age of 100.

       Genetics can play a big role in longevity and both of Kissinger's parents lived to their nineties.His mother,Paula died at 97 in 1998 and his father Louis Kissinger died at 95 in 1982.

       Henry Kissinger lived past the age of 100 years despite his diet of bratwurst and wiener schnitzel and his lifelong aversion to exercise.He was well-known for his love of fatty foods.

      Henry Kissinger had long-term difficulties with cardiac health;he had a triple bypass surgery.It was remarkable that he lived to the age of 100.

       According to Kissinger's son,the secret to his father's long lifespan was his brain power and his relentless intellectual stimulation.

    At age 99,the late Henry Kissinger still worked 15 hours a day and flew around the world on business trips The COVID -19 pandemic didn't even slow down the former secretary,who completed two books during the lockdowns.

      In later life,Kissinger continued to travel and participate in speaking engagements around the globe.Despite being long removed from his political post, Kissinger stayed engaged in current events,keeping his mind sharp and engaging in debates on technology and artificial intelligence.
