Ismaili Muslims

 Ismaili Muslims are a branch of Shia Muslim,the second largest Shia community,who recognize the hereditary line of imams, currently led by his Highness the Aga Khan.

       The Ismaili Muslim community is estimated to have a population of 12 to 15 million people around the world in 2024.

         In 2022,there were approximately 20,000 Ismaili Muslims in British Columbia,making up about a sixth of the province's total Muslim population
