Fly-tipping

 Fly-tipping is the illegal act of dumping waste in unauthorized places,such as on the street, in fields or in rivers.It's also known as illegal dumping or fly dumping.

         Fly tipping is the dumping of waste illegally instead of using an authorised method such as curbside collection or using an authorised rubbish dump.

           The term fly tipping is derived from the verb tip,meaning " to throw out of a vehicle," and on the fly,meaning spontaneously or extemporaneously-to throw away carelessly or casually.

      Some people believe public shaming is the answer to illegal garbage dumping.
