Adam Rainer was born in 1899 and lived the first 20 years of his life as a dwarf with a height of 4 feet 10 inches.
Then unexpectedly because of a pituitary tumor,he experienced a belated growth spurt and grew tall to 7 feet 8 inches.He died in 1950 at the young age of 51 with a height of 7 feet 8 inches.
