Successful trick used by Indonesian farmers

 Indonesian farmers introduce fish into their water-laden rice fields in a process called rice-fish culture.The fish droppings act as fertiliser,while the fish eat any insect pest and improve oxygen circulation around the field,increasing rice yields by up to 10%.
