Great song by Billy Fury from 1964 that is underrated in North America

I love the 1964 song 'I WILL' by Billy Fury.This song does not play much on radio in North America,even though it is very popular in England.
                            Dick Rivers sung a great version of this song in French in 1965 'Mais je t'aime'.
