Garden catchfly

 Garden catchfly is a plant native to Europe often found in roadsides and other weedy places.It attracts flies and its stem secretes a sticky sap in which small flies get trapped.It used to be considered a carnivorous plant but under scientific scrutiny,it is not regarded as such today.Garden catchfly kill small flies for no apparent reason.

           Garden catchfly flowers have five pink petals.
