Seafood fraud

 Seafood fraud is very common;consumers need to keep their eyes open to it.

Fish fraud involves species substitution or mislabeling.Lower-value species such as tilapia are sometimes marketed as expensive ones like red snapper.

       Fish is labeled as cod sometimes when it's really Pollock.

       "White tuna" sold in sushi restaurants is often actually escolar,a fish that can cause digestive issues such as diarrhea.
