Rue Sicard in Montreal

 Rue Sicard in the Hochelaga borough of Montreal is named after Arthur Sicard(1876-1946),a mechanic who invented the first mechanical snow blower in 1895  by adapting combine harvester technology.He was later elected as an alderman for the city of Maisonneuve.
