 In Japan,it's common to notice how clean the streets are despite the lack of public trash bins.People usually carry their waste with them until they can dispose of it properly whether at home,convenience stores,or designated bins,reflecting a culture rooted in respect,discipline,and shared responsibility.

         People in many countries around the world do not have the same discipline as those in Japan.Litterbugs are not punished in most countries.
