 The phobia of not being able to find a public bathroom when needing a bowel movement is most commonly referred to as toilet phobia or latrophobia.

            Latrophobia may be more common than believed.In many neighborhoods of Canadian cities there are hardly any public bathrooms,and that feeds this fear.
