Black teen male killed by a police officer over unpaid taxi fare

 On November 11,1987, unarmed black male teenager Anthony Griffin,just 19 was shot and killed by a police officer in the NDG neighborhood of Montreal over a dispute about an unpaid taxi fare .The police officer claimed he fired the gun accidentally.This shooting triggered a lot of racial tensions in the city
