Fairmount Avenue in Montreal

 Fairmount Avenue in Montreal was named to commemorate Fairmount Villa,the ancestral home of the Stanley Bagg family,which was located on Sherbrooke Street.The name for the house was inspired by Fairmount Park near Philadelphia,where Stanley Bagg's wife,the family matriarch Catherine Michelson,had grown up.

                         Stanley Bagg was a famous merchant.
