 Creeping Charlie,also known as ground ivy,is a fast-spreading, perennial weed that can be hard to eradicate and hard to control.It thrives in moist,shaded areas and can form a dense mat,competing with grass and other plants.It's a member of the mint family.It grows very low to the ground,and it produces small lavender -blue flowers in the spring.
