 Matthew Hogg is the man who is drunk all the time because of a condition called ''Auto   brewery syndrome'' where his body produces its own alcohol.

                 His body produces alcohol automatically;he stays drunk all the time without drinking.

                  Every time he eats sugar or carbohydrates,his body converts them into ethanol.
