Are horoscopes written for snobs or elites?

 I read horoscopes in newspapers and on websites often for entertainment and just to see if what they predict comes true in my daily life.

           As far as I know,many horoscope writers seem to target only wealthy or middle-aged white collar workers or professionals.Horoscopes rarely seem to mention retired people,the disabled and the poor or marginalised.Not everyone works in an office-there are construction workers,sex workers,electricians,garbage scavengers,etc who read horoscopes too.But horoscopes only talk about politics in the office and opportunities in business,media,publishing and the law.Are blue collar workers and others not also horoscope readers?
