The danger of digital files

 Many people put too much trust in digital archives and have a false sense of security about digital archiving.There's a common misconception that digital files are safe forever.In fact,files end up corrupted,data is improperly transferred,hard drives fail,formats change,work simply vanishes.

                         Hence it is a  very bad idea to get rid of all paper records or eliminate paper books.
