The pros of eating peanuts

 I love eating barbecued salted peanuts.Snacking on peanuts increases my energy level on many days.I found out that peanuts are also quite rich in folate and folic acid.Peanuts and peanut butter are also very rich in soluble and insoluble digestive fibre.I  have found that eating peanuts helps alleviate constipation and imporoves bowel movements.(However,some people say eating peanuts causes them tconstipation).

                          Eating peanuts also reduces the risk of having an ischemic stroke.Bless the peanut farmers|
