Wisteria flowers

 Plain wisteria flowers taste like lightly sweet lettuce,with hints of bitter grape and peas.(Wisteria is in the legume family,after all).You can also eat wisteria flowers raw in a salad or use them as a colorful garnish.

                           Wisteria flowers are edible and they make delicious drinks.The flowers of the wisteria are the only edible part of the plant and can be made into an aromatic wine.

                          The seeds and pods of wisteria however are very toxic.
