Abusive partners

 When someone thinks it is appropriate to behave abusively towards their partner that is in of itself an indication they are not an ideal parent.

                        Sometimes a partner won't leave an abusive relationship over concerns their abuser will be given child custody.They believe that if they stay in their relationship they can protect the child from being alone with the abuser.
