The sad reality about organ harvesting in some poor countries

 Criminals target poor populations in some countries.They convince the poor to give up their eyes,kidneys or other tissue in  return for money that is sometimes never paid.

                  Some children have their eyes cut out.

                   Some people are kidnapped and their organs are harvested;they wake up and don't even know their organs have been harvested.
