The dangers of too much oxalate in diets

 The main ingredient in kidney stones is oxalate.Spinach,chard and beet greens are very rich in oxalates.Almonds are also high in oxalates.

             Too much oxalate in the body can cause vascular disease,heart attack,atherosclerosis ,also stroke and breast cancer.
