Trying to sleep

 Trying too hard to sleep, making a purposeful effort to sleep can backfire.

               If many of us stopped so hard to sleep we could sleep better.

                 Intuitive sleep makes sense.It means you are tired when you go to sleep.

                 Many people worry too much about sleep;when we get so tired about not sleeping that further interferes with sleep quality.
