Crimes on the ocean

 Murder,slavery and human trafficking all take place in the world's oceans;the oceans are like the modern wild west.

                          15 million people around the world work in the world's oceans in 2022.

                             It is far,far less likely that a crime on sea will be investigated than a crime on shore.There are no cops on the high seas;no government wants to take responsibility for crimes and homicides on the ocean (in many cases).
