Great person behind the invention of the pedestrian crosswalk and the traffic circle

The person who invented the stop sign,the pedestrian crosswalk,the traffic circle,the one-way street,the taxi stand and the pedestrian safety islands,William Phelps Eno(1858-1945),never learned how to drive.He was an American businessman responsible for many of the earliest innovations in road safety and is known as ''The Father of Traffic Safety.''
