Procrastination

People generally  put off tasks that are gut-wrenching,aversive,anxiety-provoking or boring.

                          In order to avoid procrastination we have to  improve mood management around unpleasant tasks and also improve time management.

                                When you have goals laid out make sure they're not too big,stressful or overwhelming.Some big goals should be broken down into various subgoals and subtasks.
