20 year-old Montreal male,a healthy fitness buff shockingly dies of heart attack

20 year-old Ste.Anne-de-Bellevue resident Zacharie Richard died suddenly and shockingly in his sleep from a heart attack on June 5,2021. Ste.Anne de Bellevue is a suburb of Montréal.

                                           Annette Vézina and Bruno Richard's son was a fit steel worker who enjoyed hiking and cycling.Richard began training in a gym at 14.He had his own gym in the family garage.

                                            Fitness enthusiast Zacharie Richard took up long-distance cycling and traveled a 10-day,1200-Kilometres from Montana to Wyoming.
