Ways to improve stomach acid

As people age,they usually produce less stomach acid and this can impair digestion.
            Four ways to improve stomach acid:
1.Drink apple cider vinegar
2.Eat Ginger
3.Eat fermented vegetables.Vegetables such as kimchi,sauerkraut,and pickles can naturally improve your stomach acid.
4.Limit processed foods.A balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables can increase your stomach acid levels.
