Rising popularity of oat milk

Oat milk started in Sweden in the 1990s.Now its popularity is growing like crazy in North America;it is the new craze.Sales of oat milk increased 250% in 2018 in Canada.
                                       Oat milk is very environmentally friendly.Dairy cows produce a lot of methane gas;oats do not produce any methane.It takes 628 litres of water to produce 1 litre of dairy milk.It only takes 48 litres of water to produce 1 litre of oat milk.
                                       Saskatchewan is the largest producer of oats in Canada.
