Controversial alternative medicine guru amd naturopath Dr.Joel Wallach is the author of the book DEAD DOCTORS DON'T LIE.
                              He,like several people these days,says that it's not cholesterol,but oils,sugar and fatty foods that clog up the arteries.
                                    He says that oils oxidise and turn into transfat acids that cause plaque which clogs up the arteries.
