Greed is at the heart of most art forgery.
             Some art forgers are also motivated by a perverse need to get back at the art establishment because the establishment did not admire or appreciate their own art work.
                        Art forgers can become profoundly critical of prevailing modern tastes and become profoundly contemptuous of art dealers and experts.
