Re:''Not enough convictions''(Letters,April 14).
Natalie Turko-Norton would like to know why less than 1 per cent of animal abusers end up in jail.Simple,it's because the other 99 per of perpetrators get off using those legal loopholes called breakfast,lunch and dinner.
